We had a great experience with RDO firstly with Tracey who took us around the showroom. Holly was so helpful and always ready to answer questions, provide alternatives and sort things out. The kitchen delivery went smoothly with Alex and Jon onsite to make sure everything was delivered and to advise my husband who was fitting the kitchen. The kitchen was easy to fit with clear diagrams showing where each part went my husband who has fitted many kitchens was impressed. We are very happy with our kitchen.

We have had a brilliant experience with RDO. Holly and Tracy in the Design Studio made us so welcome on each visit. Holly designed a lovely new kitchen for us and recommended all the appliances. She was very generous with her time on the many visits we made to talk through the design and her expertise and experience enabled her to answer our many questions. Holly and Alex managed our project and installation very professionally and the installation and delivery teams were punctual, reliable and great experts. We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and it’s appliances and where we had the odd issue, Macey and her colleagues in the Customer Support team resolved everything for us. We would thoroughly recommend RDO!

A wonderful kitchen design experience with Holly at RDO – from the first meeting until the final fitting. Nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the finished kitchen surpassed our expectations. If you are looking for a personalised kitchen design service without the hard sell I can highly recommend Holly and the team at RDO. Thank you very much for your time, patience and expertise. Excuse me whilst I prepare for yet another fabulous dinner party!

Thank you so much for my very lovely well planned kitchen which was created by Holly designer, Marcus kitchen fitter and all of Ed’s team. I was kept informed all the way of its progress and minor problems were rectified. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I can’t thank you enough, it’s brilliant!
